Janette Milling
Following 15 years of attending classes, I decided to share my love of Pilates with others and became a qualified Pilates instructor in July 2019, having gained a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in mat-based Pilates. I am currently offering group classes at the Yoga and Pilates Centre in L'derry, with further classes and venues to be added in the near future.
