I have been practising Pilates under Neil’s tuition for 10 years +, I trained under Neil who then invited me to become one of his teachers 3 years ago. I focus on mat based Pilates with small equipment, I am pre and post natal trained and tailor classes to meet all individuals needs. I am also a level 5 sports massage therapist and incorporate aspects of this into the class.
