I have been a level 3 qualified pilates instructor since 2016. I practiced pilates for 8 years (approx) with Neilpilates before training to become an instructor and I continue to practice when I can. I currently teach 4 classes a week in and around Belfast. I have previously taught private classes for some companies and non-profit organisations, for example Ards Council and Kilcooley & Ards North Down Womens Centre.
