Charise Boal
I am a keen trail runner, often found running through mud and forest tracks on the Ulster Way with my dog. I enjoy structured training and my passion is to share my running experience (5kms to Marathons) with fellow runners, this prompted my move to coaching back in 2016 however, following an injury I decided to focus on strength and flexibility using Pilates and trained as a Pilates instructor this enabled me to continue with outdoor sports and daily activities. I have benefited from improving my alignment, strength and movement through Pilates and am excited to share this with you.
